Founder of “Yoga With Sapna”, Sapna is a practitioner of traditional yoga, physical asanas, vinyasas, meditation, and pranayama. She is a lifelong student of yoga with a deep personal practice of meditation which is taught in her classes as well. She has been practicing and teaching yoga full time for over 20 years. She also has studied Sivananda and Iyengar yoga, along with a broad exploration of different yoga styles.
She has developed many proprietary yoga routines, including her own choreographed “Yoga With Music” sequences.
