Yoga gave her the tools to break away counter-productive habits while cultivating new positive ones. With a mind that was flexible she was able to stretch the body and the soul to unleash its optimum potential. She teaches from my practice: soulful, happy and free flowing movements that are guided by safety.
She believe that constant learning leads to growth, hence I attend many trainings and workshops to keep growing. She is a RYT 500H in Hatha, vinyasa, Ayu-yoga (ayurveda) and yin.
